As an account intern, I created a competitor analysis for Tenant List, a renter and tenant matching software. The idea was new at the time and needed a strategic analysis of how the marketplace was at the time. I analyzed similar companies, created SWOTs, and wrote what other companies lacked or what Tenant List was lacking for the landscape.
